"The telephone conversation between two heads of states today started from personal congratulations from President Vladimir Putin to Donald Trump and the whole American nation on the milestone holiday," Ushakov said.

The telephone conversation between the two leaders became fourteenth since the return of Donald Trump to the White House, according to TASS calculations.
