Over 200 children in Russia affected by Ukrainian attacks from April to June — ambassador

Rodion Miroshnik said that it is the highest figure in the past two years

MOSCOW, July 3. /TASS/. An unprecedented number of children are falling victim to Ukrainian military’s attacks, with 204 children affected between April and June alone, including 21 who were killed, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large for the Kiev regime’s crimes Rodion Miroshnik said at a briefing.

"The past three months have brought another grim record for the number of child and teenage casualties. During this period, 204 innocent children have suffered, 21 of whom will never reach adulthood. It is the highest figure in the past two years," the diplomat noted.

Miroshnik stated that "since February 2022, the blood of at least 1,336 children has been on the hands of Ukrainian soldiers, at least 264 of whom have died." He went on to say that "since 2014, the number of minors affected has reached 2,218 children, including 1,845 wounded and 373 killed. And the pendulum keeps swinging," the Russian Foreign Ministry ambassador underlined.
