MOSCOW, June 28. /TASS/. Even as Russia has adjusted some plans, based on the situation, all strategic ones will be implemented in full, President Vladimir Putin said at a United Russia party congress on Sunday.

"Naturally, we have been adjusting certain plans, based on the situation. All strategically important development programs will certainly be implemented in full," the head of state assured participants in the congress.
