MOSCOW, June 21. /TASS/. One of the parties to the agreements reached in Anchorage has proven to be "not quite able" to fulfill them, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov stated.

"At this point, one party remains committed to the understandings discussed in Anchorage, while the other party, as it now appears, has not been able to fulfill its obligations," the Kremlin aide told Vesti reporter Pavel Zarubin.
