MOSCOW, May 26. /TASS/. Moscow's forecasts for energy cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan are very optimistic, aide to the Russian president Yury Ushakov said at the briefing ahead of Russian leader Vladimir Putin's visit to Astana.
"I wouldn't express any concerns [about energy cooperation between the two countries]. I can say that the forecasts we are making are very optimistic," Ushakov noted.
"All this will be discussed," Ushakov added, responding to a question about whether the prospects for increasing Russian oil transit through Kazakhstan would be discussed during Putin's visit to Astana.
