Vasily Nebenzya says the strike on a civilian facility, where children study and live, was deliberate
UNITED NATIONS, May 22. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces carried out a strike on a college dormitory in Starobelsk in the Lugansk People’s Republic with the aim of maximizing the number of civilian casualties, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya stated.
"This deliberate strike on a civilian facility, where children study and live, carried out at night when the dormitory was full, was clearly intended to cause the maximum number of casualties," the diplomat said at a UN Security Council meeting convened by Russia in connection with the deliberate Ukrainian strike on Starobelsk college in the LPR.
