MOSCOW, May 3. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver an important address at the Victory Day parade on May 9, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TV reporter Pavel Zarubin.

"We expect that the president's address at the parade will be an important one, as always," he said.
