Putin, Pashinyan to discuss development of relations between Russia, Armenia

Current regional issues, in particular the development of economic, transport and logistics ties in the South Caucasus, will also be on the agenda of the meeting

MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is in Moscow on a working visit, on Wednesday, April 1.

Putin and Pashinyan will discuss the current state and prospects of Russian-Armenian strategic partnership and alliance, as well as integration cooperation in the Eurasian space, the Kremlin press service has reported.

Current regional issues, in particular the development of economic, transport and logistics ties in the South Caucasus, will also be on the agenda of the meeting.

On March 23, Putin and Pashinyan held a telephone conversation. They discussed bilateral issues and agreed to meet in person at the earliest opportunity.
