MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. Proposals made by Washington as regards the settlement in Ukraine are interesting and useful but have not materialized yet, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov told Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin.

"The United States expressed a number of fairly interesting, I would say, considerations and suggestions, but they have not yet materialized," the official said.
