GENEVA, February 17. /TASS/. The delegations at the negotiations on a Ukrainian settlement in Geneva discuss complex issues and significant compromises, a Western source told TASS.

The trilateral talks have been underway for over four hours. The Russian delegation is headed by Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky.

"Major issues, major compromises," the source said when asked what was on the negotiating table.
