Ukrainian forces attack Russia’s Belgorod Region with more than 80 drones over day

BELGOROD, February 10. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces attacked settlements in the Belgorod Region with over 80 drones in the past 24 hours, the region's operational headquarters reported.

"The settlements of Maisky, Oktyabrsky, Bessonovka, Blizhnaya Igumenka, Krasny Oktyabr, Otrudnoye, Repnoye, Chaiky, Vodyanoy, and Tserkovny in the Belgorod district were attacked by 14 drones. Eight of these drones were suppressed and shot down. The air defense system also shot down an air target over the district," the headquarters said in a statement on its Telegram, adding that an administrative building and an outbuilding were damaged.

Ukrainian servicemen also launched four drones at the Borisovsky, Prokhorovsky, and Yakovlevsky districts, with no consequences.

The Graivoronsky district was attacked with 17 drones, resulting in a man being injured by a drone explosion. The victim received medical assistance and continues to receive treatment at a hospital. The facade of a private residence and two cars were also damaged. Six drones attacked the Valuysky district, damaging two private houses.

Fourteen drones attacked settlements in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, damaging a commercial facility, a private house, the windows and facade of an enterprise, and a power line. The Ukrainian armed forces launched 30 drones at the Shebekinsky district, damaging a house's roof, a power line, and the windows of two apartments in an apartment building, as well as two private houses and an enterprise.
