MOSCOW, January 9. /TASS/. Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed five Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over Russian regions overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"Over the past night, on-duty air defense systems intercepted and destroyed five Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles: two over the Bryansk Region and one each over the Belgorod, Rostov, and Oryol regions," the statement said.
