"On the eve of the New Year holidays, it is customary to sum up the results of the outgoing year. In 2025, we continued to bolster the combat readiness of our armed forces. Today, we can confidently say that the Russian army is the world's most combat-ready. It has proven in practice that it can ensure the country's sovereignty," he said.
