Answering a reporter’s question about the supply of the S-400 air defense missile systems to India, Dmitry Shugayev said that this topic would be discussed during talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi

MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. India seeks to possess the latest combat systems, including fifth-generation aircraft, Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) Director Dmitry Shugayev told Channel One TV.

"I am referring to the development of the aircraft industry in India, which seeks to possess the latest combat systems, including the fifth-generation aircraft," he said.

Answering a reporter’s question about the supply of the S-400 air defense missile systems to India, Shugayev said that this topic would also be discussed during talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In an interview with TASS earlier, the FSMTC chief said that after the successful combat use of the S-400, New Delhi wanted to acquire more such systems.
