MOSCOW, September 24. /TASS/. Exiting a deadlock in relations with Washington is Moscow's independent course of work, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists.

"This is our independent path of work. It is, unfortunately, moving much slower than we would like," the Kremlin official said.

"Logjams in our relations formed over past decades with the past [US] administrations are indeed very serious and they hinder moving forward," he emphasized.
