BEIJING, September 2. /TASS/. Belarus is irreplaceable for Russia, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko in Beijing.

"You said that ‘no one can replace Russia for us in Belarus," Putin said. "I’d like to say in response that no one can replace Belarus for Russia either. We have very close inter-state relations, we have good personal relations with you," the Russian leader pointed out.
