MOSCOW, May 10. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has started talks with General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, a TASS correspondent reported.

They will be held in a restricted format at first and later expand to include delegations. Following the meeting, the leaders will sign a joint declaration on the main directions of Russian-Vietnamese comprehensive strategic partnership. Several other intergovernmental and interagency documents will be signed.
