MOSCOW, April 28. /TASS/. The Kiev regime, just like Russia, should declare a truce during the days of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Kremlin said in a statement on Russian President Vladimir Putin's decision to cease hostilities on May 8-11.

"Russia believes that the Ukrainian side should follow this example," the statement emphasized.
