MOSCOW, March 28. /TASS/. The Kiev regime has continued attacking Russian energy infrastructure, using various types of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and a HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

- Moreover, Russian air defenses in the Saratov Region shot down and intercepted 19 Ukrainian fixed-wing UAVs.
- The drones were targeting the infrastructure of the Saratov oil refinery.
- On March 27, electric power supply was disrupted in the Belgorod Region’s Shebekino district after the Ukrainian army delivered an aimed artillery strike at about 3:00 p.m. Moscow time (12:00 p.m. GMT) on a facility of the Rosseti Center — Belgorodenergo Power Grid Company.
Violations by Kiev
- All the public statements by the Kiev regime about allegedly ceasing attacks on Russian civilian energy infrastructure are another ploy by Vladimir Zelensky aimed at preventing the collapse of the Ukrainian front and restoring the country’s military potential with the help of European "allies," Russia’s Defense Ministry said in a statement.
