MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. The order of Russian President Vladimir Putin prohibiting strikes against Ukrainian energy facilities as part of the 30-day moratorium is in effect, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"Putin’s order in respect to the moratorium is in effect and is performed by our Armed Forces," Peskov said.

The moratorium should be unconditionally observed, the Kremlin Spokesman noted. "This is good progress, owing to meaningful relations evolved during communications with the American side," Peskov said. "We should continue moving further along this path," he added.
