MOSCOW, March 20. /TASS/. Cooperation between Russia and China is strategic, with both countries collaborating across multiple fronts in the military sphere, according to Sergey Shoigu, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council.

"Today, we share a strategic partnership. On the military front, our collaboration is progressing in all directions," he stated.

Shoigu highlighted that Russia and China conduct joint strategic air patrols in the Asia-Pacific region and regularly hold naval exercises together.

He also identified space exploration and nuclear energy as promising areas for future cooperation between the two nations.
