"We do not rule out that the current Ukrainian leadership was trying in this way to demonstrate its impotent bitterness at the world's growing understanding of Russia's just policy regarding the conflict over Ukraine and the need to reach its conclusion taking into account Russian interests and realities on the ground," Maria Zakharova said

MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. Moscow does not rule out that Kiev’s attack on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium’s largest oil pumping station, Kropotkinskaya, was an attempt to show its annoyance with the growing understanding of Russia's policy in the world, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

Commenting on the Ukrainian drone attack on the CPC, the diplomat said: "We do not rule out that the current Ukrainian leadership was trying in this way to demonstrate its impotent bitterness at the world's growing understanding of Russia's just policy regarding the conflict over Ukraine and the need to reach its conclusion taking into account Russian interests and realities on the ground.".

"According to the available information, the terrorist attack was carried out by armed formations of Ukraine's Bandera junta with the complicity of some of its Western patrons, who provided the puppets with space reconnaissance data on the targets. It is hard to imagine that in this case the neo-Nazis acted indiscriminately," she said in a commentary.
