MOSCOW, February 7. /TASS/. Russia remains open and ready for talks on Ukraine, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"Russia maintains willingness for talks. We have repeatedly made it clear at various levels, primarily, at the level of the head of state," he said.
"We maintain readiness. Russia is open for talks," Peskov added.
"In any case, a resolution needs to be found through negotiations," he pointed out. "There is nothing specific to say on the issue at this point," the Russian presidential spokesman concluded.
