MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. The Russian House in Azerbaijan must vacate the rented premises within a month and a half, as the landlord has announced plans to sell the property in the near future, head of Russia's agency for international humanitarian cooperation Yevgeny Primakov said on the Rossiya-24 TV channel.

"Amid the developing scandal, the owner of the premises we rented informed us some time ago that he was urgently selling it and suggested that we move out. The deadline for us to vacate the building is approaching and will come in about a month and a half," he reported.

According to Primakov, even if the parties manage to find a solution to this dispute, the Russian House will in any case be forced to move, as it "may be left without premises at any time for some formal and seemingly objective reasons.".
