BUENOS AIRES, December 27. /TASS/. Argentinian and Russian lawmakers are actively communicating despite the political situation, Russian Ambassador in Buenos Aires Dmitry Feoktistov told TASS.

"A freeze is observed at political and economic level, which actually affects other projects seemingly unrelated to politics. The only exception from what I said is development of cooperation through parliaments, which is rather active lately," the diplomat said.

"Argentinian and Russian lawmakers are communicating proactively in the virtual format thus far," the Ambassador noted. "Several rounds on different issues with the focus on trade and economy already took place. However, other issues from the agenda are also being discussed, including the possible visit of friendship groups," Feoktistov added.
