LUGANSK, December 26. /TASS/. Russian forces control some 40% of the village of Terny in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) now that they have advanced there, military expert Andrey Marochko told TASS.
"Advance units from the Russian Armed Forces have pushed toward the southern outskirts of the village, aiming to liberate it. Our troops now control about 40% of the locality," he said.
Also, Marochko added, Russian servicemen have advanced east of Yampolovka, bringing the distance between that village and Russia’s frontline positions to less than 2 kilometers (1.2 miles).
