Ukrainian armed forces launched an assault on the town of Lgov in the Kursk Region, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, with a fourth victim dying from injuries at the hospital shortly afterward, Alexander Khinshtein, the acting governor, stated on his Telegram channel.
