Ukraine intensifies shelling of Kremennaya fourfold due to Russian successes — expert
As Andrey Marochko noted, the enemy's indiscriminate attacks on Kremennaya's civilian targets are ruled out, since Ukraine is attacking the city with drones, and "drone operators see the target"
LUGANSK, December 24. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have quadrupled the intensity of the shelling of Kremennaya in the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) due to the Russian military's activization in the LPR's west, military expert Andrey Marochko said.
"After our forces intensified their efforts in the southwest of Kremennaya, the Ukrainian armed groups increased the shelling of the peaceful population and civilian infrastructure by three or four times. The Ukrainian terrorists are shelling the entire city, including the center, where there are many civilians. Judging by the terrorists' actions, we can say that the enemy fighters intend to destroy critical infrastructure, deprive the city of electricity and gas supplies, disrupt the work of local authorities and the planned restoration of damaged buildings, as well as intimidate the local population," he said.
According to the expert, the enemy's indiscriminate attacks on Kremennaya's civilian targets are ruled out, since Ukraine is attacking the city with drones, and "drone operators see the target."
Marochko also pointed out that in most cases Ukrainian servicemen are dropping improvised explosive devices from drones, using nails, bearings and fittings as strike elements, which "speaks of the intention to injure as many of our civilians as possible."
On December 23, Ukrainian forces attacked Kremennaya with drones, injuring one civilian. He received all necessary medical assistance.
