MOSCOW, December 20. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko in the Kremlin. The upper chamber of the parliament wrapped up its autumn session today.

Yesterday, Putin discussed the outcome of the autumn session with Matviyenko’s counterpart, Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

Earlier today, Matviyenko took part in the State Council meeting, which took place in the Kremlin.
