MOSCOW, December 19. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has started the Q&A session along with his annual press conference with journalists at Gostiny Dvor at 12:11 p.m. Moscow time.

Dmitry Kulko, a military correspondent of Channel One, and Alexandra Suvorova, a VGTRK journalist, are hosting the discussion.

According to Suvorova, the number of appeals exceeded 2.2 million by the start of the program.

Representatives of federal and regional Russian media, as well as foreign journalists accredited in Russia, are attending the event. Some prominent people like journalist Ksenia Sobchak and the Channel One CEO Konstantin Ernst are also present.

According to the program, TV channels allocate three hours of airtime for "Year-End Recap with Vladimir Putin."
