MOSCOW, December 17. /TASS/. Russia is ready to host a series of BRICS meetings in 2025, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, who serves as Moscow’s BRICS sherpa, said in an interview with the TASS Analytical Center, summarizing the outcomes of Russia’s chairmanship of the association.

"We are capable of holding a number of events on our territory in support of Brazil's chairmanship, if the other participants agree," the senior diplomat said. "Because BRICS makes every decision, both on a sensitive issue and on a less sensitive issue, by consensus," the deputy foreign minister said.

Answering the question who in Russia will continue to work on further coordination within the association, Ryabkov said: "The Russian Foreign Ministry. It has been working on it and will continue to do so".
