Five civilians died in Ukrainian strikes over the past week
DONETSK, December 2. /TASS/. Eight civilians were injured by Ukrainian attacks on the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) from November 25 to December 1, the region’s human rights commissioner Darya Morozova reported on her Telegram channel.
One of the injured was a child, she noted. According to the commissioner’s post, this past week saw the fewest civilian injuries since the beginning of 2023, when five people were wounded between January 28 and February 2.
Five civilians died in Ukrainian strikes over the past week. The Ukrainian armed forces have killed 319 and injured 1,579 civilians in the DPR since the start of the year.
Since 2014, a total of 9,440 people have died from Ukrainian strikes on the republic, and 14,863 have been injured.
