MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. Ukraine has lost more than 250 people in the Kursk Region over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said. One Ukrainian serviceman surrendered willingly.
In total, the enemy has lost more than 36,260 people since fighting began in the region.
Military investigators have brought charges against Ukrainian militants who attacked civilian vehicles in the Kursk Region.

Operation to destroy Ukrainian formations
- Units of the battlegroup North defeated Ukrainian servicemen near Alexandria, Viktorovka, Daryino, Kurilovka, Lebedevka, Leonidovka, Martynovka, Nizhny Klin, Nikolayevo-Daryino, Nikolsky, Novoivanovka, Plekhovo and Sverdlikovo.
- Strikes by operational-tactical aircraft and artillery fire hit enemy manpower and hardware in the Kursk and Sumy regions.
- The operation to destroy the Ukrainian formations continues.

- In total, Kiev has lost over 36,260 servicemen, 223 tanks, 158 infantry fighting vehicles, 122 armored personnel carriers, 1,200 armored fighting vehicles, 1,044 vehicles, 304 artillery pieces, 40 multiple rocket launchers, including 11 HIMARS and six US-made MLRS, 13 anti-aircraft missile launchers, seven transport and loading vehicles, 70 radar-electronic warfare stations, 13 counter-battery radars, four air defense radars, 27 pieces of engineering and other equipment, including 13 engineering demolition vehicles, one UR-77 mine-clearing vehicle, as well as six armored recovery vehicles and a command and control vehicle.
Captives
- Ukrainian servicemen are surrendering in droves in the Kursk Region, with a group of 22 soldiers laying down their arms recently, security agencies told TASS.
Case against Ukrainian militants
- Military investigators have launched a criminal case against Ukrainian militants on charges of attacking the cars of civilians in the Kursk Region, according to the Russian Investigative Committee.
- On November 27, in the Bolshesoldatsky district, Ukrainian fighters reportedly used drones equipped with explosives to attack two civilian vehicles, wounding two individuals.
