One in three relocated individuals return to Russia from Ukraine — diplomat
Maria Zakharova pointed out that the Kiev regime itself brands these figures as "terrible"
MOSCOW, November 27. /TASS/. One-third of unwillingly displaced people have returned to Russia from territories controlled by Ukraine, which is devastating statistics for the Kiev regime, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
The diplomat reiterated that earlier, Georgy Tuka, former Ukrainian deputy minister for temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons, and legislator Maxim Tkachenko from Ukraine’s ruling Servant of the People party admitted to Ukrainian media outlets that almost 99% of people who fled the regions that rejoined Russia are returning, including about 60,000-70,000 people to Mariupol.
"Let’s summarize these statistics. Yes, it is terrible for the Kiev regime. Every third individual came back home, returned from those territories that were controlled by the Kiev regime, and got back to Russia," Zakharova emphasized.
The diplomat also pointed out that the Kiev regime itself brands these figures as "terrible." "But these are facts and precisely the unacceptable facts for the Kiev regime," she concluded.
