Ukraine loses more than 250 servicemen in Kursk area over day — top brass
The Russian armed forces continue to defeat the Ukrainian formations on the territory of the Kursk Region, the Defense Ministry added
MOSCOW, November 27. /TASS/. Ukraine has lost more than 250 servicemen and two tanks in the Kursk area over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"Over the day, Ukraine has lost more than 250 servicemen, two tanks, an infantry fighting vehicle, an armored personnel carrier, two armored fighting vehicles, three vehicles and a mortar," the statement said.
The Russian armed forces continue to defeat the Ukrainian formations on the territory of the Kursk Region, the ministry added. According to it, "Russia’s battlegroup North defeated Ukraine’s 21st, 41st, 44th and 47th mechanized, 17th heavy mechanized, 5th tank, 36th marine, 80th, 82nd and 95th airborne assault brigades, as well as the 112th, 116th, 117th and 129th territorial defense brigades near Alexandria, Viktorovka, Daryino, Lebedevka, Leonidovka, Nizhny Klin, Nikolayevo-Daryino, Nikolsky, Novoivanovka, Plekhovo and Sverdlikovo."
The ministry also said that Russian forces hit Ukrainian manpower and equipment near Bondarevka, Guyevo, Kazachya Loknya, Kurilovka, Martynovka, Novaya Sorochina, Plekhovo, Cherkasskoye Porechnoye, as well as Basovka, Belovody, Zhuravka, Pavlovka and Yunakovka in the Sumy Region.
