MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will invite his CIS brethren to a traditional informal year-end meeting in St. Petersburg, presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
"At the end of December, as has been customary for many years, there will be a friendly meeting of CIS leaders in Saint Petersburg, where they will engage in informal discussions," Ushakov said.
The presidential aide stressed the informal nature of the meeting and added that "there are no documents planned for signing."
Russian President Vladimir Putin has been taking part in this informal meeting of CIS leaders since the first year of his presidency.
