Kiev regime cooperates with terrorists against Russia, Syria, Africa — Lavrov

MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. The Kiev regime is actively collaborating with international terrorist groups to deploy mercenaries against Russia and train militants for operations against legitimate governments in Africa and Syria, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"The neo-Nazi Kiev regime employs blatant terrorist methods and closely cooperates with international terrorist groups and transnational criminal networks, including smuggling foreign mercenaries to participate in the war against Russia, as well as training militants to fight against legitimate governments in Africa and Syria," Lavrov pointed out at the 20th meeting of the heads of security and intelligence agencies of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries.
Lavrov also expressed confidence that the security agencies of the CIS member states should "respond to all such threats in a timely and decisive manner." "In this sense, your meeting is of special value," he emphasized.
On November 26, the 20th session of the meeting of heads of security and intelligence agencies of CIS countries is taking place. The talks will evaluate joint efforts and outline tasks and priorities for future cooperation among CIS intelligence services. Delegations from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan are participating.
