Ilya Rogachev is the first person to ever hold this office
MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Ambassador-at-Large Ilya Rogachev as the presidential representative on international criminal and legal cooperation.
"Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Ilya Igorevich Rogachev shall hereby be entrusted with the duties of the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation on matters of international criminal and legal cooperation," the presidential decree says.
Rogachev is the first person to ever hold this office, which did not exist in Russia before.
