Ukraine abandons Selidovo, laying mines in wells — security services
The Ukrainian armed forces used various modified Western-made mines and improvised explosive devices during the process
DONETSK, November 25. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have mined wells and the paths leading to them before leaving the settlement of Selidovo, with demining operations expected to take several months, a source in the security services told TASS.
"When abandoning Selidovo, Ukrainian forces mined everything in their path, as is usual. Mostly the houses they stationed in. Additionally, they laid mines in local infrastructure facilities, including wells and the paths leading to them. It was apparently done to completely strip the local residents of water. The demining operations will take several months," the source said.
It was added that the Ukrainian armed forces used various modified Western-made mines and improvised explosive devices during the process.
