MOSCOW, November 22. /TASS/. The Russian military will work out a way to warn Ukrainian civilians of future Oreshnik missile attacks, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"Undoubtedly, our military will work out the details and will issue warnings to ensure that this information reaches civilians in the country (Ukraine - TASS)," he told reporters.

When asked how civilians would be warned, Peskov said that he could not go into details just yet.

Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed out in his November 21 statement that when using powerful weapons such as Oreshnik missiles, Moscow would ask civilians to leave the danger zone in advance. "It goes without saying that when choosing, as a necessary and retaliatory measure, targets to be hit by systems such as Oreshnik in Ukraine, we will make prior recommendations for civilians and foreign nationals in those areas to evacuate to safety," the Russian head of state emphasized.

Earlier, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a precision strike on Ukraine’s Yuzhmash defense industry facility in retaliation for the use of US-and UK-made weapons for strikes on Russia. According to Putin, the intermediate-range ballistic missile was named Oreshnik (or Hazel Bush). The president said that no weapons were currently capable of countering the Oreshnik missile, which strikes targets at a speed of two to three kilometers per second.
