The Russian Armed Forces carried out the attack at night
MELITOPOL, November 19. /TASS/. The Russian Armed Forces launched drone strikes on energy infrastructure in the Kiev-controlled city of Zaporozhye, leaving 16,000 people without electricity, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the Russian Civic Chamber’s commission on sovereignty, patriotic projects, and veteran support, told TASS.
"Approximately 10 of our drones directly hit the energy infrastructure facilities in the city of Zaporozhye. As a result, 16,000 consumers are currently without power, with 18,000 being the maximum," he said.
The official explained that the Russian Armed Forces carried out the attack at night. According to him, Ukrainian air defense missiles fell in several areas of the city.
