Russian Security Council Secretary Shoigu arrived in China on a working visit on November 11
MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu’s working visit to China is part of a broader dialogue between the two countries, including on sensitive issues, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
"[This trip] is connected to the very special relations of our privileged partnership in all spheres, including sensitive issues," Peskov told journalists commenting on Shoigu’s lengthy trip to China, adding that "the visit is one link in the chain of this broad dialogue."
Russian Security Council Secretary Shoigu arrived in China on a working visit on November 11. He has already held a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Chen Wenqing, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of China’s Communist Party and the secretary of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission.
Moreover, Shoigu also attended the 2024 Airshow China in Zhuhai.
