MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army targeted a humanitarian vehicle of the Military-Civil Administration of Kharkov Region with drones, leaving military-civil employees with only minor burns and bruises, Vitaly Ganchev, head of the administration, said.

"Four Ukrainian FPV drones attacked a Military-Civil vehicle used to deliver humanitarian supplies to residents of the liberated Kharkov region. The colleagues of ours who were in this vehicle received light burns and bruises as a result. After the first hit, they exited the vehicle and took cover," Ganchev wrote on his Telegram channel.

He clarified that the car's chassis, body, and cabin were badly damaged in the attack. "This vehicle was used to deliver fuel, gas cylinders, construction materials, bread, and other food supplies to residents of frontline settlements. At the time, our employees were delivering gas cylinders and gasoline to the settlement of Tavolzhanka. Fortunately, the Ukrainian drone struck the vehicle when it was empty of flammable cargo. By the time of the attack, our employees had already delivered the aid to the people—they were on their way back," Ganchev noted.

A criminal case has been opened for attempted murder of more than one individual (part 3 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code, paragraph "a," part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code), the Internal Affairs Department of the Kharkov Military-Civil Administration specified.
