LUGANSK, November 15. /TASS/. Russian reconnaissance has revealed the presence of English-speaking and Polish mercenaries near Kupyansk in the Kharkov Region fighting on the Ukrainian army’s side, military expert Andrey Marochko told TASS on Friday.
"Over the past few days, Russian radio-electronic reconnaissance has intercepted talks in the English, Polish and other foreign languages in the area of Kupyansk. The mercenaries are staying both in close proximity to the engagement line and in the rear," the military expert said, citing his sources.
Most of the intercepted talks deal with military issues, using a special talk chart, he specified.
Marochko told TASS on November 14 that Russian troops had advanced along a railway near Kupyansk and stormed into the town’s outskirts.
