HAVANA, November 13. /TASS/. Russian Emergencies Minister Alexander Kurenkov has begun his visit to Cuba.
The plane carrying his delegation was greeted in Havana by Russian Ambassador to Cuba Viktor Coronelli and Cuban Deputy Interior Minister Jesus Manuel Buron Tabit.
