Top Russian security official hails strategic cooperation with China

BEIJING, November 12. /TASS/. Partnership between Moscow and Beijing can serve as an example of cooperation between countries, Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu said.
"Comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction [between Russia and China] are an example of cooperation between two powers in today’s world. Without being based on a military and political alliance such as those established during the Cold War, relations between our countries surpass these sorts of intergovernmental ties," Shoigu pointed out at a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
