MOSCOW, November 11. /TASS/. Special services of European countries are becoming less and less willing to cooperate with the Ukrainian military intelligence, which is proved by the foiled Ukrainian attempt to hijack a Russian electronic warfare helicopter, an anonymous officer of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said.

"In view of the situation developing in Ukraine, the intelligence services of European states are less willing to conduct joint operations with the Ukrainian military intelligence for fear of losing their image," he said, commenting on the commentary distributed earlier by the FSB press office.

"In this case, the Ukrainian military intelligence initially planned to bring the serviceman's family to Ukraine via Poland or Latvia, but later the Ukrainian intelligence chose the Moldovan secret services as partners in the operation," he said. "The Ukrainian military intelligence feels free to act in Moldova without taking into account the opinion of local partners. Hence, the route the pilot's family was supposed to take abroad: a transit through Turkey to Chisinau and from there to the territory of Ukraine," the officer pointed out.

"We continue to record attempts by the Ukrainian military intelligence to organize the hijacking of Russian aircraft. The methods are the same as before - bribery, blackmail, taking the serviceman's family members abroad, when in fact they will become hostages in the hands of the Ukrainian security services," he said.

"Feeling the support of their Western handlers, first of all their British counterparts, in order to demonstrate their alleged efficiency and justify the financial resources spent, the Ukrainian special services are ready to go as far as murdering Russian citizens, including by poisoning them," the FSB officer added.
