MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. Law enforcement personnel should crack down on terrorism and extremism, drug trafficking and illegal migration, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in the video address on the occasion of the Interior Ministry Personnel Day.

"Dear comrades. Today the citizens of Russia expect even greater dedication and better performance from you in all key areas of your work," the head of state said. "They expect you to be tough on terrorism, drug trafficking, illegal migration, and to make our roads safe," Putin noted.

"We also need to be proactive in suppressing extremism in all its forms and manifestations. It threatens our sovereignty, constitutional order and human security," the head of state added.
