Former World Bank Executive Director Roman Marshavin succeeds Sergey Mochalnikov, who is now under investigation for abuse of authority
MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed former World Bank Executive Director Roman Marshavin to the position of Deputy Energy Minister.
Marshavin will be in charge of the ministry’s international cooperation efforts in the fuel and energy sector, the Ministry of Energy said.
Marshavin succeeds Sergey Mochalnikov, who is now under investigation for abuse of authority.
