MOSCOW, July 23. /TASS/. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas may pay an official visit to Russia in August, Russian presidential envoy for the Middle East and African countries and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said.

"By the end of this summer," he said. "We expect him during August. The presidential administration will provide more exact information."

Abbas’ previous visit to Russia took place in November 2021.
